Returns & Exchanges

At Mummyology, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction are our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any issues immediately.

We understand that it can be easy to purchase an incorrect size or you may change your mind on what colour works best for you. We are happy to return or exchange for you, all we ask is that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and that we receive the item for return / exchange within 28 days from the date of purchase. After this time we are unable to accept the item for return / exchange.

We also ask that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sold. If clothing: The item needs to be returned unworn, unwashed, free of odours, including perfume and the tags still attached. If the item is a product, we ask that the item has not been removed from the original packaging and is undamaged.

When returning your item please provide the following information:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Copy of your original receipt
  • Details of the garment you would like to exchange

Mummyology is unable to accept responsibility for lost items returned by post for return or exchange, we are unable to refund / exchange items we have not received. Please ensure you return your purchase via one of the registered post options available from Australia Post.

We do not accept return / exchange on sale items unless faulty.

Faulty Items

In the event that the items(s) are faulty, you may request a refund. In most cases your purchase will be replaced with the same item in the same size, colour, where available. If we are unable to replace the item, a full refund will be issued.

All items returned as faulty will be assessed and any deemed to have been subjected to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as a faulty item.

Baby Ed Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the class will receive a full refund. We are happy to make allowances under special circumstances. Cancellations made within 7-28 days prior to the class will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Any classes cancelled within 7 days will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
